Matt provides compassionate and effective counselling services for people experiencing relationship conflict, overwhelming emotions, troubling thoughts, harmful behaviour, and/or a diminished sense of hope. He provides individual and couples counselling, family counselling and group facilitation. Matt is honoured to practice on the traditional unceded Coast Salish Territory of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ nations.

Gain insight related to behaviour and improve ability to stop or reduce harmful behaviour

Develop the ability to communicate more effectively and maintain fulfilling relationships

Establish a sense of hope, self worth, empowerment, and interconnectedness

Fees
Individual sessions (60 mins) - $140
Couples sessions (75 minutes) - $175
Group facilitation rate (60 mins) - $225
*Matt offers pro-bono services in certain circumstances.
